At John Robshaw Textiles, returns must be sent within 30 days of order delivery. The items must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items cannot have been laundered. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective. If a return isn't within the return policy, it will be shipped back to you. You can exchange your item for store credit, however, a direct exchange isn't possible. A free shipping label is provided when opting for store credit.

For the shipping policy, all orders excluding vintage furniture are delivered via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air or UPS Worldwide Expedited for international shipping.
